Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyRecipeBox. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and for activity under your account.

Contact support@myrecipebox.cooking promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

MyRecipeBox lets you store and organize recipes and use AI-assisted features. Features may change as the service is improved. You may use MyRecipeBox only for lawful personal purposes.

You may not:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use AI features to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content.
• Resell, transfer, or misuse accounts, subscriptions, or AI credits.

Your content

You retain ownership of recipes, photos, documents, and other content you submit. You give MyRecipeBox limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the features you request.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to your content.

AI results and food safety

AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or different from the meal or source material. Ingredients, allergens, cooking methods, temperatures, and nutrition values must be independently verified.

MyRecipeBox is not a substitute for medical, dietary, allergy, or food-safety advice.

Plans, subscriptions, and AI credits

Free and paid plans may include different recipe limits and AI credits. Store subscriptions, when offered, renew automatically unless canceled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before renewal.

Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included credits are shown before purchase. Unused monthly credits do not carry forward unless specifically stated.

Ending your account

You can stop using MyRecipeBox at any time and can request account deletion inside the app or by following the account deletion instructions.

MyRecipeBox may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or prevent harm.

Disclaimers and liability

MyRecipeBox is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service or AI output will always be available, accurate, secure, or error-free.

Don Hermes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. These limitations do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app or email notice.

Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
