MyRecipeBox support is handled directly by Don Hermes. Include your MyRecipeBox username and a short description of the problem, but never send your password or full payment-card information.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password on the app sign-in screen, or open the website password reset page. The reset process verifies your account through the MyRecipeBox website.
AI result quality
AI results are estimates. A clear, well-lit image and a source document with readable text produce better results. You can edit every generated recipe before saving it.
AI credits
AI Recipe Import, Dish Breakdown, and AI Photo Creation use the same shared AI credit balance. The app's Account screen shows your remaining balance.
Delete your account
Deleting the app does not delete your account. Use Account > Privacy, support, and account > Delete account inside the app, or review the account deletion instructions.
Billing help
For billing questions, include the platform used for the purchase and the transaction date. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed through the store account used to purchase them.
